SUCCESS!!!

This morning, not only did I NOT get lost taking the metro, but I also stopped by a cafe to do some homework, ordered a water, then ordered an orange to go, paid for it - ALL IN SPANISH!!!!!! Met up with a friend for drinks last night, chatted with some locals. She speaks Spanish, so that helped out a lot. Today I teach my students for the first time. 15 minutes only, so I´m not too worried. I´ll let you all know how it goes. Hopefully we won¨t have too much homework today and I´ll get some sight seeing in. There´s talk of heading to Pompaloma this weekend to run with some bovines. . . .I brought my tennis shoes, so we´ll see! Otherwise to the beach I go, to get rid of this Michigan tan.
