In the beginning . . . .
Holy Cow! I have a blog! A whole new experience for me - much like the ones to come. I created this so my friends and family would be able to check in whenever they wanted and see how I"m doing without having to call across the pond at odd hours of the day/night.
The original plan is to have this be about my travels and experiences in Spain - but who knows where the road will take me, so this should be as evolutionary as my trip :) Feel free to contribute- let me know how you are all doing.
I'll be taking off the evening of July 2nd from DTW - and having a BBQ on the afternoon/night of June 18th. Hope to see you all before I leave, but if I don't - check out my blog!

cubicles make me itch too!
Maybe it's the cubicles.. because they make me itch too! Literally. The fabric on the chairs and the walls- they're just itchy! Don't forget, we have a date in Spain.

After all the trials and tribulations, Chandi actually made it onto the plane...I think she had some clothes and stuff too, but who knows.
